Born and raised in Montréal, Grace of Arc is a singer, songwriter, musician, and producer forging a bold new path through alternative and indie rock. Their music unfolds like a dark chronicle—cinematic and cathartic, haunted by somber moods, blade-sharp lyricism, and errant sonics. Their voice, velvet and grit intertwined, carries each song like a sealed missive from a veiled realm, echoing from uncharted lands.

Since Grace of Arc first emerged from the shadows, their music has begun to etch its name into the Canadian alternative scene. Their debut single, Sides Of Me I’ve Never Met, was named SOCAN Song of the Week, while Grace was chosen as the Spotify editorial cover artist for ALT_QC and Fresh Finds Heavy. Their song La fin was also selected for Spotify’s Editor’s Picks: Best Canadian Songs of July.

Raised in a household steeped in music, Grace was shaped by a vast and eclectic soundscape spanning rock, heavy metal, opera, jazz, and countless sounds beyond. They lent their voice to the songs of Lady Gaga, Stromae, and Avril Lavigne before writing their first composition at the age of eight. That early fascination with music would eventually evolve into a world of their own—one where contrasting influences, textures, and emotions collide.

As a queer, non-binary artist of colour in indie rock, Grace of Arc brings a distinct voice to a genre in which their perspective remains underrepresented. Drawing inspiration from the likes of Queen, St. Vincent, Muse, Paramore, Melanie Martinez, Evanescence, and other kindred souls, Grace creates music that exists somewhere between the intimate and the immense: vulnerable yet defiant, dark yet luminous.
